Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract

2 egg whites

2/3 cup light brown sugar

Directions:

Mix the egg whites until fluffy.

Put in the vanilla and sugar and continue whipping until shiny and firm.

Fold in the almond flour then drop spoonfuls of batter on a baking tray coated with baking paper.

Preheat your oven and bake the cookies at 350F for about fifteen minutes or until a golden-brown colour is achieved on the edges.

These cookies taste best chilled.
